We offer linen packages starting at $15 per person to help you create the perfect ambiance for your wedding. In addition to our comprehensive packages, we also provide a variety of add-on à la carte items to further customize your wedding design.

IN-HOUSE COORDINATION

We offer coordination and partial planning services designed to elevate your event. No one knows The Peach Orchard better than us, allowing us to seamlessly manage every aspect of your event.

The Grove Chapel seats up to 250 guests. The Beloved Ballroom seats up to 300 guests.
The venue rental is from 10:00AM – 12:00AM. You can purchase additional early hours or a late night hour if desired.
Yes we do! We offer a Signature Linen and Decor Package and a Luxe Linen and Decor Package. These services are here to make your planning process simpler, however they are optional.
We require our couples to begin working with an insured coordinator a minimum of eight weeks prior to the event date to create simplicity on a rather hectic day. You are investing in peace of mind, as well as a coordinator to be your eyes, ears, and brain to ensure all the timeline details and overall festivities are carried out as planned. We also offer in-house coordination packages!
Yes we do have an incredible in-house coordination team! Their services can be added on if desired.
The Peach Orchard Venue provides alcohol service through Bar 1901. All outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
We have done our due diligence to make sure that our Required Caterers are insured, provide exquisite food, and excellent service to deliver the perfect menu of your choice, within your budget. However, if there is a caterer you have your heart set on, we will execute a fee of $2,000 to use a caterer off of our list. We require all outside caterers to be insured and carry a health permit. All outside caterers must be approved by The Peach Orchard Venue.

To help protect every aspect surrounding your wedding, we require you to carry Event Liability Insurance. Our team has researched prices and carriers to ensure you are receiving the best price and coverage out there. We require a $1,000,000 policy. We also strongly encourage you to purchase Cancellation Insurance.

We have an amazing list of Vendors We Love! However you are welcome to use a vendor off of that list (excluding bar service and catering). Any vendor driving onto The Peach Orchard property on event day will need to provide The Peach Orchard with their Certificate of Insurance (COI) with The Peach Orchard listed as additionally insured/certificate holder.
Yes, we love cold sparks! The Peach Orchard is located in Montgomery County. The county requires anyone operating cold sparks to hold specific licenses and apply for a permit. Any vendor operating cold sparks on site must submit a copy of their licenses and approved permit.
Yes! This is exclusive to our Peach Couples! We are honored to have you take your engagement photos or bridal portraits at our manicured and well-kept facilities.
Yes we are! The Peach Orchard Is just about 3 miles from the center of The Woodlands and from I-45. Guests use Uber, Lyft and other car services frequently.
